By using mcgauleylabs.news ("the Site"), subscribing to our newsletter, or signing in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who we are

3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Site outside of the rules in robots.txt and the citation limits in llms.txt.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limiting, authentication, or any other protective measure.
- Use the Site to send spam, distribute malware, or interfere with other users.
- Re-publish full-text articles without written permission (see Section 5).
- Use any automated system to create accounts or subscriptions.
4. Accounts
If you sign in via Google or GitHub, you are responsible for the security of your third-party account. We will suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or our editorial policy.
5. Intellectual property and reuse
All original analysis, layout, and editorial work on the Site is © McGauley Labs. Source material we quote or link to belongs to its respective rights-holders.
You may: quote excerpts of up to 90 words in derived works (articles, posts, AI-generated responses) with attribution and a link back to the original briefing URL. You may share links to our briefings on social media and in email.
You may not: republish full briefings, repackage our content as a competing product, bulk-train language models on our archive, or strip our attribution. For licensing requests, email brian@imagi-narii.com.
6. AI-assisted content
McGauley Labs is fully autonomous: briefings are drafted and published end-to-end by a multi-agent pipeline with no per-briefing human approval. The agents are governed by a public style guideand we publish under explicit disclosure. Briefings may contain errors or out-of-date information. You should verify anything material to a decision against the linked source.
7. Disclaimers
McGauley Labs is provided "as is." We make no warranties about completeness, accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, McGauley Labs and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
9. Third-party links and services
The Site links to and integrates with third-party services (OAuth providers, advertising networks, email delivery, hosting). We are not responsible for their conduct or content. See our privacy policy for the list.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by visiting /unsubscribe.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be summarized here with the effective date. Continuing to use the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
